With the purchase of each device, training for the investor and two employees is included in the price (if you do not currently employ staff, the training can be completed within up to 2 years).

THEORETICAL TRAINING from A to Z: the principle of the device's operation, the treatment procedure protocol, client safety, indications and contraindications for the treatment, everything about the number of treatments and the intervals between them, consultation card templates, preparing answers to standard client questions, menu settings, salon regulations, electronic versions of posters for the office. 

Practical part: working through all the main areas: bikini, underarms, full legs, face and hands on models, the specialist's correct posture during work, the rules of working with the device, optimal client positioning, work schemes for different areas, and typical mistakes made by specialists in practice. 

The training lasts 7 hours and covers theory as well as offline practice on your device. After completing it, you will receive a CERTIFICATE confirming the qualifications you have acquired.

Every client receives the support of a dedicated service manager who is on hand to help with any questions regarding equipment operation or treatment matters. We are here for you!

GIFT: With your purchase, you receive an additional 2 hours of consultation with the instructor conducting the training. This is time to analyze your results and progress at work. To use the consultation, contact your manager and prepare a list of questions you want to discuss.

Before making a payment, we send detailed terms of cooperation, which specify the equipment specifications, the obligations of the parties, the warranty terms, and information about technical inspection and transport. Each client receives from their dedicated manager a complete set of information regarding the training schedule and the scope of support offered by FENIX. From the moment the documents are signed until the shipment is received, you remain in constant contact with your individual order manager.

We deliver the selected product directly to the door of your salon, anywhere in Poland.

To ensure the smooth operation of the device, we guarantee service during the warranty period of up to 24 months, as well as post-warranty service. Before delivery to the client, each device is tested at our service center in Warsaw, where we carry out scheduled maintenance if necessary.

For information support, each client is assigned a personal service manager who: provides access to training programs and new methodological materials, schedules marketing consultations, provides dates for scheduled free training sessions, dates of exhibitions and conferences, informs about the dates of technical inspections, receives feedback on the operation of the equipment, and informs about new products.
